Capabilities

Engineering Capability. Practical Manufacturing. Real Solutions.

TriStar Phoenix combines precision manufacturing with engineering-led problem-solving. Our capabilities are built around the practical needs of industry — from producing complex components and developing tooling to reverse engineering, troubleshooting and supporting wider technical projects. We focus on understanding what the customer needs to achieve, then applying the right combination of manufacturing experience, engineering knowledge and practical thinking to get there.

Precision CNC Machining

TriStar Phoenix provides precision CNC machining for one-off components, prototypes, tooling, replacement parts and small- to medium-series production. Our approach combines machining experience with CAD/CAM capability and an understanding of how components function within the wider application — allowing us to work effectively with both detailed production drawings and more complex manufacturing challenges.

Engineering & Technical Problem-Solving

Not every manufacturing problem begins with a finished drawing. We support customers with practical engineering, technical troubleshooting and the development of solutions for unusual or demanding requirements. Whether the challenge involves improving an existing component, resolving a production issue or developing a new approach, we focus on finding solutions that are technically sound, manufacturable and commercially practical.

Reverse Engineering, Tooling & Fixtures

Where drawings or original design data are unavailable, reverse engineering can provide the starting point for repair, replacement or improvement. TriStar Phoenix can support the reconstruction and development of components as well as the design and manufacture of tooling, fixtures and workholding solutions tailored to the application.

CAD/CAM & Manufacturing Engineering

Digital engineering and manufacturing planning form an integral part of our approach. Advanced CAD/CAM capability supports complex 3D geometry, machining strategy, CNC programming and the transition from component data to practical production.

High-level Siemens NX expertise enables us to approach complex CAD/CAM applications with manufacturing already in mind — connecting component geometry, machining strategy and production requirements within an integrated workflow.

This allows engineering decisions and manufacturing requirements to be considered together rather than as separate stages.

Production Support & Project Coordination

Some requirements extend beyond a single manufactured component. TriStar Phoenix can support wider technical and production projects by coordinating manufacturing activities, suppliers and specialist processes where required. Our role is to help keep the technical, practical and commercial elements connected from initial requirement through to delivery.

Extended Capability & Specialist Support

Many industrial requirements do not fit neatly within a single manufacturing discipline. Drawing on broad practical experience and a network-based approach, TriStar Phoenix can support wider technical requirements beyond our core machining and engineering activities — either directly where appropriate or by coordinating trusted specialist resources.

  • Fabrication, welding and assembly support
  • Machine installation, relocation and production-equipment support
  • Automation and robotics-related projects
  • Technical modification and repair work
  • Material handling and project logistics
  • Specialist manufacturing processes and external supplier coordination
  • Woodworking and non-metallic fabrication for appropriate technical applications

Have an Unusual Requirement? Talk to Us.

Some of the most interesting projects start with a problem rather than a specification. If your requirement falls outside the capabilities listed above, talk to us. Our first step is to understand what you are trying to achieve. If it is something we can solve, manufacture or coordinate responsibly, we will explore the right way forward with you.

Building Capability Around Real Manufacturing Needs

TriStar Phoenix is currently establishing its manufacturing operations in Tennessee, with precision milling and turning at the core of our planned capability.

As we develop our initial manufacturing setup, we are actively speaking with companies about the components, production challenges and specialist requirements they need solved.

If you have work that is difficult to source, an existing component that needs a better solution, or a future manufacturing requirement that deserves a different approach, now is an ideal time to talk to us.

Your requirements can help shape the capability we build.
